Your area of responsibility
Management and coordination of the field service team in the assigned region
Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets
Strategic planning, organization and management of the sales territory
Managing, developing and motivating staff and ensuring high quality of service
Helping to shape the regional sales strategy
Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize the sales strategy

Your requirements profile
Completed commercial training or studies
Several years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales and in the telecommunications industry
Experience in employee management and team leadership
Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and organizational talent
Team spirit and resilience
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Class B driver's license
Experience in working with CRM systems is an advantage
